3. Registration and Tickets

- Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the organizers.
- Cancellations must be requested at least 14 days before the event to be eligible for a refund, subject to a processing fee.

- You may not record, distribute, or reproduce any part of the event without prior written permission from the organizers or the respective content owner.
6. Liability
- We strive to ensure a safe and successful event but are not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
- We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters or technical issues.

Sponsors and exhibitors must adhere to the guidelines set forth by PyConKE to maintain a professional and inclusive environment. We reserve the right to remove any sponsor or exhibitor who violates these guidelines.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
